the european playstation blog reports that the region's psn will be down this thursday, august 11, for maintenance. the service is slated to be down from 4:05pm through 2:00am bst friday morning. psn account management and registration will be offline during the maintenance, as will the playstation store. the blog advises those who wish to play online to sign into psn before the maintenance begins.
