i've read that there are some 3d blu ray movies that will not play on the ps3 due to bd-j issues...but the article was older...does anyone know if this issue has been resolved...or is there a list of compatible movies out there?

an example of how this could be a problem comes in the form of fox, who rely on bd+ copy protection on their blu-ray output. releasing the same films for blu-ray 3d would see them have to scrap bd+ and find another, none java solution

those issues have been resolved, the ps3 is the most stable and compatible blu-ray player out there. each system will play its set native region (a/b/c) and none region blu-ray discs, you can switch this region no more than 5 times if i remember right.

i am pretty sure they have come up with the bd-j 3d fix for the ps3, but you know how it goes when a problem comes up it get a big article, but when they fix it the article gets an update even though its been buried below 600 other articles
