little know fact: brits can't read. well, not all of them at least. despite naming our language, england enjoys an incredible 110 percent illiteracy rate. so it makes total sense then that the north american release of mortal kombat would come with bookends -- after all, what else is your book-learned american fighting game fan going to do when he's done with a couple rounds? -- while the uk release is saddled with a ''''''kollectible'''''' figurine.
