i have the 60gb ps3 and have had great luck with this playstation model. i know that they have stoped making the 60 and 20gb ones. so what one do you have and what size is your hard drive. even if you have upgraded it what did you start out at.
i also have an original 60gb ps3 and am fortunate to have the backwards compatibility. i still have quite a few ps2 games that i still enjoy going back to and playing every once and awhile. but, i tend to find myself watching more blu ray movies than playing games some times.
i just bought my first playstation 3,and it has a 160gb hard drive. i still have my old ps2, so i am able to play the few games that i have left for it. yeah the backwards compatibility would be nice to have, but i don't play a ton of games, just the kids. we wanted something that was blu ray, and this has the best of both worlds.
i was one of the lucky ones to get the 60gb one but have upgraded my hard drive to 250gb's now. this is more then the space that i need to keep all of my stuff running smoothly on my ps3
i have the original 60gb ps3. it has been great and i have not even had to upgrade my hard drive yet. this may happen sooner then later if this keeps up with games using up so much space to load.
