i need a projector that is no more than $150 (£95) and has a decent image quality.

i'm not expecting blu-ray home theater kind of quality, but i need something that can work for projecting from a bed to a ceiling, or for a small family backyard event.

i don't care how loud the fan, is, because the fan is just white noise, and i don't care about the quality of the speakers, because in most cases i'll be using headphones or external speakers.

i do care that it has some focus options, and that it has at least a 240p image.

once i went to a party, and they were projecting a movie onto a wall, which was a total failure. there was little contrast, a really blurry image, and it wasn't that bright. if the projector you were going to suggest has any of those qualities, please don't recommend them.

other then that, i'm pretty easygoing with this. thanks!

for $150 dollars you will not get a good picture.
sorry for the bad news but it's true. you will need to spend about $300 for a refurbished projector and that will only be = or slightly above the ic at your friends party.
