my samsung blu ray player bd-p1600 wont respond...i got it off my aunts when she said it didn respond for her and she just left it there...whats wrong with it...all it does is turn on and show a blue screen with bubbles...the blu ray says load or close amd stays like that...i kept trying but it wont respond...help?!
