hve you tried upgrading your firmware? its stupid, but as they put out diff movies they change firmware and some movies require a certain firmware. but if you have upgraded the old ones will still work. its like a windows operating system. just upgrades. either that or the disc is dirty/damaged.

it's not uncommon for a disc not to play. often times this is a result of a bad disc transfer. sometimes the firmware in the player needs updating. consult your manual on how to do that.
