i'd say go for uncharted first, of the two, though several friends of mine have nothing but positive raves for red dead redemption. personally, i like the quirky games like katamari and little big planet, though the game i always make time for is the racer wipeout hd. racing hovercars in full 1080p high definition? bliss. wipeout hd is available as a download from the playstation network, but the others are available in disc format (and pretty cheap if you buy used).
