when i try to watch this movie the picture freezes. i took it back and exchanged it for another copy but then that one did it as well. then i noticed that when i put the disk in again it said i needed to update my blu-ray player. but the ps3 just had an update so what is the problem? also there is nothing wrong with my ps3 since i tested it with another blu-ray and that one played just fine.

dont listen to griffin he has no clue what he is talking about.. the ps3 is the best bluray player on the market....
1. turn off the internet connection.

2. erase all files in the bd temp folder

3. erase the x-men first class file under the data tree

4. restart your ps3 with no disc in

5. put in the movie and be happy that it actually works and looks vunderbar
