i have a 55'''''' samsung lcd hdtv and am thinking about getting about a blu-ray player. do you think it should be a samsung blu-ray player or should i look at other options? also what kind of hdmi cord would i need?
i don't think i'd pay more than $130 for a player. ps3's don't fit the budget.

well its really nice to get the same brand a/v equip. as the tv because you know they will go great together. get a nice blu-ray player and make it samsung becuase they go great together ! you wouldn't want to get a cheap br player and have it go out 2 months later. i always say do it right the first time !

you can buy mcintosh blu ray player, i think its bit costly as compare other blu ray player but meet the world class standard.

samsung bluray player or any name brand that fits your budget and a regular hdmi cable $20 looks the same as the $50-$100 dont let them fool you i have a $30 and $2dollar one the both look the same.
