i am afraid not. due to the fact that the two are not in the same dvd region. region code (rc) is a drm technique developed to allow movie studios to control dvd/blu-ray releases according to the region, including content, release date, and price. rc is encoded in the dvd/blu-ray video disc to restrict the area in which it can be played. so for this, you need to refer to some tool to help you change the dvd region code or make the dvd player region free. more information here

no, due to the fact that the two are not in the same dvd region. but if you wanna play blu-ray, you may use winx blu-ray decrypter to decrypt & backup blu-ray to hard drive. this software can decrypt any blu-ray, even blu-ray encrypted with recent aacs mkb v25, bd+ and bd-live, etc.
