Default How can I get my Blu Ray player to play DVDs from any region? - 08-28-2011, 05:15 PM

i recently moved from the uk to new zealand and brought my dvd collection with me. for some reason my dvd player decided to stop working properly, but as i had just bought a blu ray player i didn't think that was going to be a problem. now though i cannot play my uk dvds on the nz blu ray player as they are not of the same region.

is there a way of getting my blu ray player to play any region dvds. it is a panasonic dmp-bd45 by the way.

cheers,

you can not make your blu ray disc player any region except the region it was purchased from. the only universal player in blu ray disc that i know of is the oppo 93. hope this will help you out.

remove the region protection. you could try dvdfab passkey for dvd. with it you could watch your dvd with your blu-ray player.
