Default TV and Blu-Ray player question? - 08-28-2011, 03:20 PM

i'm getting an lg or a samsung 32' 1080p lcd tv for my room. first question, are these tv's good quality? i read online that they are really good, much better than a built in rca tv. my second question is can i buy an lg blu ray player for a samsung? i know probably dumb question, but i was just curious. what entails setting up a blu ray player. i'm pretty sure both can be played on a blu ray player. i also have an hdmi cable. what else do i need? thanks!

samsung is a much better choice of the 2 tv. look at a panasonic 32'''''' also, it is selling at best buy for around $300. panasonic and samsung are the top brand for quality and reliability. keep in mind that all lcd and led tv have problems with blur motion when watching fast action sports or playing video games. to reduce the blur motion, you need the faster refresh rate of 120hz or the 240hz which also raise the price of the tv. for blu ray disc player, i would recommend a panasonic player model bd-65, 75 or 85. they are the best player in the market and are very dependable than the rest. i own a first generation panasonic player model bd-10 which is 4 years old and never had one problem. you do not need to have the same brand. hope this will help you out.
