we have a sony bdp-s350 that we are having a problem with the sound quality. if it is in dolby audio or true hd, the sound is super low. this seems to only happen when i have it set on mix. does anyone else experience this problem on this model, or any other comparable model?

it sounds like you need to switch your settings. change the mix setting to direct(or something similar) when using true hd. i have a similar problem on another machine, and i ended up having to call customer service and have them walk me through the process.

if i would have read the manual, i would have probably figured it out. if this ever happens to you again, just play with the different settings until you find the best one. hope this helps!
