i've alluded to toshiba turning to blu-ray soon. it looks like toshiba made it official today with its application into bda. it should be interesting to see what kind of player they will be rolling out.

i still wonder why few companies are reluctant to manufacture blu ray discs. its too late for toshiba to enter into this field. anyways, better late than never. at least, from now on, we can see tremendous increase in the sales of blu ray discs.
