Post Panasonic DMP-BD35 Blu-ray Player Review - 01-28-2009, 10:00 AM

while this blu ray player has great quality, it retails for about $300. it has excellent sound and picture quality. it will support dvd’s as well. one bad part about this blu ray player is that it lacks 1gb of internal memory for bd-live. you will need a sd card, which is an additional cost, to support this feature. it has an hdmi output of 7.1. the load times are quite fast as well. i think that panasonic is quite a good brand, and i would rank it up there with sony and some of the other big name brands.

have you heard anything about this blu ray player or do you own it? just wondering if anybody else knows anything more or has had any experience with this player.

i have not had any personal experience with this blu ray player but i would have to agree with you that panasonic is a great brand. i have had many of audio components that were panasonic and i have gotten nothing but quality out of them. i only have a ps3 at the moment to play blu ray movies, but if i purchase a stand alone player in the future, i am sure i would look for a panasonic over any other brand.

i believe this machine has been out for a little while, because i vaguely remember looking at one just like this a month or so ago when i first bought my blu ray player. personally, i like sony better, but that doesn’t mean that there is anything wrong with panasonic. i think when a person finds a quality product, they tend to stick to that brand because they can trust them.

i don’t know much about this machine, but i would like to say that i think that load times are really important to me. i have been shopping around for a blu ray player and i have been noticing these things. maybe i am just an impatient person or something, but i hate to wait for my movie to start or load.
