hey!

i have tried to find an answer for the question below in swedish communities but i have failed to get any solution.

i have the bluray-player mentioned above and i have downloaded the latest version (1.9 that was released 1 of august 2011). but when i play the lord of the rings (extended version) the image flickers and its also like you were watching still photos. the audio works well however.

i have tried to change the resolution and in general all functions that you can change but without success. it cant be any problems with my hd-ready tv as i have tried to play the film in my bluray-player on a full-hd tv with the same result.
i played the film in the bluray-player lg bd 370 (its last update version is one year old) and the film worked without any problems.

i would be greatful for any help! i have been in contact with the swedish panasonic support but they could not help me and just said that ''''''all discs cant be played), an answer i cant accept.
