hello i have a blank blu ray disc and i downloaded the movie avatar in 3d on my pc and it looks in 3d when i connect my pc to tv it's all good but i wanted to burn it but i have a dvd burner and i have the program convertxtodvd so my question is can i burn the movie with the dvd burner and the blu ray disc like regular dvd i would really appreciate the help thank you guys in advance

not possible to burn a bluray disc with a dvd burner. the reason for this is that dvd burners and bluray burners use different lasers. if you get a good bluray burner, it will also burn dvds as it has the extra laser for this.

your best bet is to buy some blank dvd-rs. you can pick these up from most retail stores that sell electronics. walmart, target, best buy, etc. good luck.
