 when i put a disney blu-ray disk into my blu-ray player it freezes on the scene with the disney castle? -

it basically cycles through the running water, and wont let me fast forward or skip or go to the menu. how can i fix it so that i can watch the movie? blu-rays not by disney work fine and the dvds that came in the same case as the disfunctional blu-ray work too powered by yahoo! answers     |

see if there are any updates if your bluray is not wifi capable you will need to connect a ethernet cord to your unit. sometimes you just need to restart the bluray player make sure the disc is clean. powered by yahoo! answers |
