 what to do if blu ray disc is not playing,because while plying it it shows that the disc format is unsupported? -

i have a blu ray disc slot in my dell xps 15...usually it played but now its not playing....i m very tensed why it's not playin... powered by yahoo! answers     |

hi, maybe it is because of the disc itself. have you tried another blu-ray disc on your dell? if still not clear about the problems, then i would like to suggest you use a blu-ray ripping software to rip your blu-ray disc to common video files like mp4 or avi, or any other popular video formats. i used this blu-ray ripper software a lot and it works well: http://www.leawo.com/blu-ray-ripper/. when my blu-ray player could not play blu-ray discs, i ripped the discs to common videos, mostly mp4, and then watch the video on my own ipod. hope it be helpful. powered by yahoo! answers |
