case fans: noiseblocker mutliframe high-performance ultra silent fans
motherboard: asus rampage iii extreme (usb 3.0, sata 6gb/s, 3x sli capable) - origin recommended
processor: overclocked intel core i7 990x 4.0-4.6ghz lga 1366 hex-core processor (12mb l3 cache)
system cooling: asetek 570lc liquid cooling,
bay devices: lamptron fan controller fc-3a limited edition - origin recommended
power supply: 1.5 kilowatt silverstone strider
graphics card: single 3gb gddr5 nvidia gtx 590
memory: 6gb kingston hyperx ddr3 1600mhz (3x 2gb) tri channel memory
raid configuration: raid 0: for better speed and performance (2 or more identical drives needed) -
hard drive one: 500gb - sata-ii, 3gb/s, 7,200rpm, 32mb cache hdd
hard drive two: 500gb - sata-ii, 3gb/s, 7,200rpm, 32mb cache hdd
optical drive one: 12x blu-ray disc (bd) combo (reads bd and writes to dvd/cd)
operating system: genuine ms windows 7 home premium 64-bit edition
i have a few pc and all of them drops fraps over time and i feel where i live maybe getting my pc to hot. i don't know if you play ffxiv but i have my other pc shut down from overheating and i could never run games on the highest graphics and get a good fraps
i7 970 3.20 ghz x12 10 gigs ram geforce gtx480m

umm...yeah lol, slightly. you're really wasting a lot of money going with a 990x though. a core i5 2500k or core i7 2600k is actually a bit better for gaming at $700-800 less and you would not need any expensive liquid cooling either. my core i7 2600k overclocks just fine to 4.5 ghz on air
